Trekker Outback Evo fresh formulations for the classic trio of cases
The brand’s most prestigious range of aluminium cases meets the public at the Milan Show, in its most complete version. This marks the début of the line’s second top case (42 litre) and the definitive version of the contoured, right-hand side case, the first of its kind from GIVI, which is finally ready for the market. With this significant update, the OUTBACK EVO cases add an unprecedented versatility of use to their list of latest-generation technical features — no fewer than six of which are patented.

The OUTBACK EVO cases, available with a natural or black-painted finish, represent a genuine leap forward in the sector of aluminium cases. As well as being Made in Italy, they boast an eye-catching design, lots of dedicated complementary accessories and a level of stress resistance never seen before.
The first part of the range was unveiled at the last edition of EICMA, while the 2023 Milan Show has the honour of presenting the latest, highly anticipated update. Joining the 58-litre top case and 37-litre pair of side cases are a second, 42-litre top case and a new, 33-litre side case contoured for the right-hand side.
TREKKER OUTBACK EVO TOP CASES 42A and 42B
The new 42-litre case retains all the technical characteristics of the larger model, beginning with the MONOKEY motorcycle fixing system. The two naturally share their aesthetic line, showing off the new corners which serve to eliminate the need for strap loops and make attachment to the tubular handles more secure.
Designed for the Maxi-enduro and Adventure segments, it offers enough space to hold a modular or full-face helmet. The lid features a friction rotation system (the Adjustable Resistance Hinge System), which makes it possible to adjust the closing speed as desired, avoiding any inconvenience while parked on slopes.
GIVI has designed a rich variety of optional accessories for the OUTBACK EVO 42A/B, allowing for highly specific personalisation.

TREKKER OUTBACK EVO CONTOURED SIDE BAG 33A and 33B
The case you’ve been waiting for! With its “double bottom”, it's been specifically designed for mounting on motorcycles with a high exhaust on the right-hand side, including various Adventure and Maxi-enduro models. The 33-litre version is available for purchase separately, but can also form a pair with a 37-litre side case.
The 4-litre internal volume sacrificed for the contouring is more than made up for by the advantage of positioning the load closer to the central axis, in compliance with the applicable regulations regarding maximum motorcycle width.
Setting aside the structural design, the new contoured case retains all the technical features of the standard 37-litre case, which makes this line the top of GIVI’s aluminium range. From the rotating Detachable Lid System, strengthened with stainless steel, which grants control over the partial opening or full removal of the lid, to the Hold it Active System with hooks, which allows the case to be tilted without the need to release it fully from the side frame, making it easier to open the lid in the presence of a top case.
The contoured case can be mounted exclusively on dedicated frames with the PLOS_ _ _ CAM code. The motorcycles with which it can currently be used are the Suzuki V-Strom 800, BMW R1200/1250 GS and Africa Twin 1100. Other models will be added to the list over the coming months.
