Officine Gullo sets up the new kitchen space at the Ciacci Piccolomini d'Aragona winery

Officine Gullo sets up the new kitchen space at the Ciacci Piccolomini d'Aragona winery in Tuscany, Italy.
The Officine Gullo kitchen, painted in coffee brown with burnished brass finishing trim, is the ideal presence in
the ambient with a view over the Montalcino countryside. For this project Officine Gullo realized a cooking island, also designed for show-cooking events, composed of a cooktop with a smooth frytop, a coup de feu, a pasta cooker/ steamer and four burners with a power of 7.5 kw. The island is also equipped with a stainless steel maxi-oven with a capacity of 8 trays (Gastronorm standard), in addition to a food warming drawer and storage compartments. The kitchen includes a washing area, coordinated with the cooking area.
