Genesis G90 and electrified G80 win six Awards at Tawa Texas Auto Roundup
- Genesis G90 named Vehicle of Texas along with winning best interior, best exterior, and best luxury car awards
- Electrified G80 named best electric vehicle and performance sedan
Today, Genesis received six awards from the Texas #auto Writers Association (TAWA) as part of the 2023 Texas #auto Roundup held in Decatur, Texas at Eagles Canyon Raceway. G90 won four awards including the prestigious Vehicle of Texas, best interior, best exterior, and best luxury car. The Electrified G80 won awards for best performance sedan and best electric vehicle.

"This recognition echoes the tremendous customer response to our award-winning sedan lineup in Texas and beyond."
Automotive journalists and content creators from across the Lone Star State tested a cross-section of the world's most capable vehicles at this year's event held on March 27-28. TAWA members evaluated vehicles within their category and amongst the entire group of vehicles present. Votes were based upon each vehicle's interior, exterior, value, performance, and overall personal appeal. Votes were electronically submitted and then calculated by a third-party accounting firm and presented to TAWA for presentation.

The #genesisg90 is currently available at U.S. retailers nationwide with the Electrified G80 available at select retailers in 23 states, including Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin.
