With the end of September we fully enter autumn, sealed from October with its unique colors, tending to browns and browns and darker ranges of reds; but this is a month that is still capable of preserving the yellow and orange in its colors, almost as if it retains a bit of the summer season that it carries with it. October is in fact a hybrid month of average and comfortable temperatures, no longer hot and not cold yet. These colors dominate the interiors and exteriors due to the trends of the great metropolises we know in Europe, America, Canada and strongly characterize Design, influencing it. Montreal, New York, Milan are some of these cities that come to mind.
Origami Steel's yellow Bracket and the setting in which we see it on display immediately refers us to this imaginary.
What is Bracket Robin?
Depicting the robin, this Origami Steel furnishing accessory is conceived entirely by modeling metal as a raw material, and acts as a support as well as a design object with an aesthetic function. Applying it to the wall is simple, with the lower end that fits as a "hook" for how much you want to hang lightly, like the map in the photo.
Metal is ductile and resistant, “square” and mellifluous, ancient and modern, unbreakable and malleable. It therefore contains in itself apparently distant and opposite traits, but which can be rejoined in reality. Such is the spirit of Design that Origami Steel always wants to recreate both through the Indoor and Outdoor.
Then we see in the setting the typical "London brick" for the interiors, with the leather jacket in perfect Street Style hanging on the coat hanger to indicate the change of season. Green, yellow, coppery, brown, white, black: all the heterogeneous shades of October are used.
