SCUDO water protects from water

The invisible and easy protection against seepage and damp Is it possible to avoid leaking from small cracks in coverings and floors without the use of invasive products or expensive restorations? The damages caused by leaking of water from terraces, roofs and shower walls are well known: they are often visible and disfiguring, but not all know that it is possible to prevent and block with an easy maintenance. From #geal comes a solution, fast and efficient, perfectly invisible and applicable for any environment and for any material. #scudo is an innovative water-based products, efficient on small cracks and splits: it a waterproofing protective for floor and coverings of terraces and balconies, and for any other surface made of cotto tiles, bricks, clinker, porcelain and ceramic tiles, natural stone, concrete and aggregates. It stops the penetration of water through the grouts and surface cracks, and solving in an extremely easy and cost effective way issues which will need very expensive works. Just think about the “standard” and unsightly silicone sealer, with all its problems of maintenance, of removal of altered sealing and of its restoration, or to the remake of an insulating sheath on a terrace, so often “solved” with improper restoration or inefficient repairs. #scudo is applied in one coat only with the easiest and safest way, thanks to its special innovative formula with aqueous nano-dispersion. It can be also used on absorbent materials like bricks and stone, even still damp, drastically reducing treatment time: it allows to walk a floor much before any solvent-based treatment. #scudo gives to damaged material a long lasting protection, resistant to damp, to weathering, to pouring water. Does not leave any cloud nor sticky residues after drying, it is perfectly invisible just a few minutes after application, it is UV resistant, does not yellow nor change the colour of treated surface. The waterproofing protection of #scudo can be periodically renewed without removing the previous treatment, simply by applying one coat of the same product after a good cleaning of surface. Its easy and flexible use makes #scudo a perfect product for everybody and for small intervention of prevention and home care. It just needs a cloth or a paintbrush or a manual sprayer. It is ideal even to protect the shower walls, where leaking could be minimal but not lesser deceitful because of the action of pouring water onto the cracked grouts or on joints between tray and wall covering. Coverage of #scudo is very high: with 1 litre you can treat up to 25 sq.m of low absorption material, such as ceramic or porcelain tiles, and moreover even on higher absorption materials one coat only is enough to get an efficient and durable waterproofing.
