Today Michelin is pleased to announce the new selection for its Benelux Bib Gourmand, which rewards restaurants offering complete, high quality menus for under 37 euros. This is the tenth edition of the guide which includes the inspectors' favourites for all budgets.
"Our inspectors see it on the ground: more and more restauranteurs are attracted by this award, which allows them to satisfy their customers with a combination of high quality dishes and moderate prices. They don’t just offer a single menu, but a wide choice of great value-for-money dishes. As a result, customers flock to these Bib Gourmand restaurants" commented Michael ELLIS, International Director in charge of the MICHELIN guides.
