If you cannot attend the show in person, we’ve got you covered! Art Basel Live: Hong Kong will allow you to experience the show from wherever you are. This digital platform returns for its 2022 iteration with new collaborations and favorite formats running in parallel to the physical show.

Online Conversations will once again feature dialogs between prominent members of the international artworld. Today, a talk will bring together leading gallerists from across Asia to explore how galleries are navigating and evolving hybrid formats that are facilitating art markets. Artist Leonor Antunes will discuss her first commission in China and reflect on the relationship between art, architecture and public space on Friday, May 27.

For a closer look around the show, you may join Art Basel’s virtual tours. At 8pm HKT today, Adeline Ooi, Director Asia of #artbasel will take you for a sneak peek of the show floor before the official opening. Don’t miss the tour led by artists Stephen Wong Chun-hei and Hanison Lau Hok-shing on Thursday May 26, 12 noon HKT, who will pick their highlights from the booths. Join us on Saturday, May 28 with Adeline Ooi and art critic Alexandra Seno, in conversation with Suhanya Raffel, Executive Director of M+, and the curators of M+ to discover selected works from the museum’s inaugural presentations, and what it means to be Asia’s global museum of visual culture.

There is also a series of exclusive content for you to enjoy. A collaboration with Nowness, ‘Inner Worlds’ will take you into the studios of Japanese artists Mai Miyake and Haroshi; ‘Materials World’ is our collaboration with VOGUE HK which will discover textile and mixed media artworks on the show floor.
