Can Oncu esce quasi incolume da un terribile incidente stradale
Il pilota del #kawasakipuccettiracing Can Oncu è stato vittima di un terribile incidente automobilistico che per fortuna (o sarebbe meglio dire per miracolo) non ha avuto gravi conseguenze per il giovane turco, per il fratello Denis che viaggiava al suo fianco e per l'autista, usciti tutti incolumi dai rottami del furgone sul quale viaggiavano, e che nell'impatto con un camion è andato quasi completamente distrutto.
I tre si stavano recando a far visita a Kenan Sofuoglu per allenarsi sul piccolo circuito del cinque volte campione del mondo, quando per cause ancora da accertare, il loro furgone è stato colpito frontalmente da un camion che, da una prima ricostruzione dell'incidente, stava viaggiando in direzione opposta. I tre erano seduti sul sedile anteriore. A fianco dell'autista, un amico dei fratelli Oncu, sedevano Denis in mezzo e Can all'altro finestrino. Nel violentissimo impatto, che ha praticamente distrutto il mezzo sul quale stavano viaggiando, nessuno dei tre ha riportato gravi conseguenze. Ricoverati in un vicino ospedale, sono stati dimessi dopo le cure del caso, in alcune ore.
Il pilota del #kawasakipuccettiracing ha riportato profonde ferite al braccio destro, ma una volta medicato ha potuto raggiungere l'abitazione di Sofuoglu dove resterà in convalescenza per due settimane circa, non solo per curare le ferite, ma anche per riprendersi dallo shock conseguente all'incidente.
Il #kawasakipuccettiracing è in costante contatto con Kenan Sofuolgu e con il proprio pilota, e seguirà tutto il suo percorso di recupero.
Manuel Puccetti – Team Principal: "Sono stato avvisato da Kenan subito dopo l'incidente e poche ore dopo ho parlato con Can e l'ho visto grazie ad una video chiamata. E' stato un vero miracolo. Ora il nostro pilota è sereno, ma ovviamente ancora scosso per l'accaduto. Sono riuscito a strappargli un sorriso dicendogli che oggi è come se lui avesse vinto un mondiale, e che da aprile in poi cercheremo di fargliene vincere un altro. E' stato davvero incredibile che nessuno si sia fatto del male. Il furgone è andato distrutto nell'impatto con un camion che procedeva in senso opposto, ma che ha invaso la careggiata sulla quale viaggiavano i due fratelli ed il loro amico, che era alla guida. Un brutto episodio che però per fortuna si risolverà con poche settimane di convalescenza".
Can Oncu escapes almost unhurt from a terrible road accident
Kawasaki Puccetti #racing rider Can Oncu has been involved in a terrible car accident but luckily (or rather miraculously), the young Turk, his brother Denis who was beside him, and the driver have not suffered any serious injuries, having escaped unhurt from the van in which they were traveling, a vehicle that was almost completely destroyed in a collision with a lorry.
The three were driving to visit Kenan Sofuoglu, to train at the five-time champion's small track, when, for reasons unknown, their van was hit head-on by a lorry that appears to have been travelling in the opposite direction. The three were all on the front seat. Brother Denis was sitting in the middle, between the driver, a friend of the Oncu brothers, and Can. In the very violent impact, which practically destroyed their vehicle, none of the three suffered serious physical consequences. Taken to a nearby hospital, they were discharged a few hours later after being treated.
The #kawasakipuccettiracing rider suffered deep cuts to his right arm, but once treated he was able to travel to Sofuoglu's home where he will spend a couple of weeks recovering, also from the shock of the accident. Kawasaki Puccetti #racing is in contact contact with Kenan Sofuoglu and its rider and will closely follow his path to recovery.
Manuel Puccetti – Team Principal: "I was informed by Kenan immediately after the accident and a few hours later I spoke with Can and saw him over a video call. It was a real miracle. Our rider is calm now but shaken up about what happened of course. I was able to get a smile out of him by telling him that it's as if he won a world championship today, and from April we will try to help him win another. It's incredible that no one was hurt. The van was destroyed in the impact with a lorry that was travelling in the opposite direction, but that invaded the lane the brothers and their friend were in. A bad episode that will luckily sort itself out with just a few weeks of convalescence".
