Il BARDAHL Evan Bros. WorldSSP Team ed Andrea Locatelli sbarcano ad Estoril per la loro ultima "last dance"

La poderosa stagione del BARDAHL Evan Bros. #worldssp Team e #andrealocatelli si concluderà questo fine settimana sul tracciato di #estoril. Il circuito portoghese è tornato infatti quest'anno nel calendario WorldSBK, dal quale mancava dal 1993, per fare da palcoscenico all'ultimo atto del campionato #worldssp 2020. Team e pilota giungono in Portogallo avendo già conquistato il più importante degli obiettivi, ma comunque desiderosi di chiudere nel migliore dei modi l'annata, per centrare insieme un ultimo traguardo. 

Locatelli correrà questo weekend la sua ultima gara in Supersport prima di passare in Superbike, con la voglia di regalare ulteriori soddisfazioni al BARDAHL Evan Bros. #worldssp Team, con il quale finora ha raccolto 11 successi su 13 gare disputate, stabilendo un primato difficile da raggiungere. L'ultima sfida in categoria per il Campione del Mondo è rappresentata dal tortuoso tracciato di #estoril, sul quale Andrea correrà per la prima volta nella sua carriera. 

Anche per il BARDAHL Evan Bros. #worldssp Team il round alle porte sarà la prima occasione di conoscere i segreti del circuito portoghese, con il conseguente obbligo di costruire da zero l'assetto ideale della Yamaha YZF-R6 da consegnare nella mani di Locatelli. Il team due volte Campione del Mondo scenderà in pista per mantenere o migliorare la propria posizione nella speciale classifica riservata ai team, dove occupa attualmente la seconda posizione (con un solo pilota), con 5 punti di vantaggio rispetto al team GMT94 e 47 di ritardo nei confronti del team Puccetti.  

Il circuito di #estoril non sarà l'unica novità del fine settimana per il BARDAHL Evan Bros. #worldssp Team, che in questo ultimo round ospiterà nel proprio box, fornendo una propria Yamaha YZF-R6 ed assistenza tecnica, il pilota angolano Victor Barros. Fondamentale nella riuscita di questa interessante iniziativa la collaborazione nata recentemente tra il BARDAHL Evan Bros. #worldssp Team e l'autodromo di Portimao, in particolare nella persona di Miguel Praia, direttore del tracciato. 

Andrea Locatelli ed il BARDAHL Evan Bros. #worldssp Team scenderanno in pista venerdì per i primi due turni di prove libere, mentre sabato sarà il momento di FP3, Superpole e Gara 1. Domenica infine il campionato si chiuderà con il warm up del mattino e, soprattutto, l'ultima Gara 2 della stagione 2020.

BARDAHL Evan Bros. #worldssp Team and #andrealocatelli land in #estoril for their latest "last dance"

The powerful season of BARDAHL Evan Bros. #worldssp Team and #andrealocatelli will end this weekend at #estoril track. The Portuguese circuit is in fact back this year in the WorldSBK calendar, from which it has been missing since 1993, to be the stage for the last act of the #worldssp 2020 championship. Team and rider arrive in Portugal having already conquered the most important of the objectives, but still eager to close the year in the best way possible, to reach together one last goal. 

Locatelli will race his last race in Supersport this weekend before moving on to Superbike, with the desire to give further satisfaction to the BARDAHL Evan Bros. #worldssp Team, with whom he has so far collected 11 wins out of 13 races raced, establishing a record difficult to improve. The last challenge in the category for the World Champion is the tortuous #estoril track, on which Andrea will race for the first time in his career.

Also for the BARDAHL Evan Bros. #worldssp Team the round at the gates will be the first opportunity to know the secrets of the Portuguese circuit, with the consequent obligation to build from zero the ideal set-up of the Yamaha YZF-R6 to be delivered in Locatelli's hands. The two-time World Champion team will take to the track to maintain or improve its position in the special classification reserved to teams, where it currently occupies the second position (with only one rider), with 5 points ahead of the GMT94 team and 47 behind the Puccetti team. 

The #estoril circuit will not be the only news of the weekend for the BARDAHL Evan Bros. #worldssp Team, which in this last round will host in its garage, providing one of its Yamaha YZF-R6 and technical assistance, the Angolan rider Victor Barros. Fundamental to the success of this interesting initiative is the recent collaboration between the BARDAHL Evan Bros. #worldssp Team and the Portimao circuit, in particular in the person of Miguel Praia, director of the track. 
Andrea Locatelli and the BARDAHL Evan Bros. #worldssp Team will be on track on Friday for the first two free practice sessions, while Saturday will be the time of FP3, Superpole and Race 1. Sunday finally the championship will close with the morning warm up and, above all, the last Race 2 of the 2020 season.
