Dubai, UAE – Tuesday 24^th September, 2019: His Excellency #majidsaifalghurair, Chairman of #Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry, officially inaugurated this year’s #gitexshopper - the region’s largest consumer electronics shopping spectacular – at #Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC) today.

H.E. #majidsaifalghurair was joined by His Excellency Helal Saeed Almarri, Director General, #Dubai World Trade Centre Authority (DWTCA) and #Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), and other senior dignitaries in a VIP delegation which toured the show floor, meeting with participating exhibitors and retailers. #gitexshopper 2019 is spread over 15,000 square meters of the Sheikh Saeed Halls 1-3 and opens daily from 11 am to 11 pm through Saturday 28thSeptember 

Latest Products to Draw Crowds

The increasing demand for touchscreen mobile technology and key retailers such as Jumbo Electronics, EMax Electronics, and Sharaf DG showcasing the new iPhone 11, smartphone products will continue to dominate the show floor.

Jumbo will be offering the Apple iPhone 11 for as little as AED 138 per month in monthly instalments up to 24 months to customers with credit cards of major leading banks in the UAE.

Commenting on the latest launches, products and offers, Sharaf DG CEO Rakesh Madhur said: “Customers will have great offers to choose from including heavy discounts on top selling products. Protection, Latest Buzzword

Debut exhibitors Mobile Outfitters (Aamaal Mobile Phones Trading LLC), TRADEX Middle East, and Right View Trading are expected to showcase the latest and most advanced products in screen protection technology.

Visitors will be able to get their hands on the new ‘fusion-on-demand’ screen protector technology for thousands of devices courtesy of Mobile Outfitters, who will offer a special #gitexshopper price discount of 25 per cent and back all its product sales with a lifetime replacement warranty. 

TRADEX Middle East, meanwhile, plans to promote its ‘Protection Pro’ on-demand mobile screen protector, which is a break and scratch-free flexible film. They also offer screen protection for watches, tablets and laptops for all models. 

Show-floor bargains are assured with the Right View slashing the price of its Swift Shieldz premium protection products by half for #gitexshopper 2019. “This will give full-body gadget protection with a lifetime warranty and service,” said Right View’s Vimal Tom Jose. “Our Swift Shieldz Break Protection is the only multi-layer protection in the GCC, which does not break when dropped.”

Dubai’s Nishat Group will also be in launch mode, bringing the Dymo Arabic labelling printer to the market and selling the Dymo Label Manager 160 Printer Arabic/English at a special show rate of AED 99.
