Enrico Letta summit on youth and food security: "Expo a great success for Italy"

"The success of the Expo is a great satisfaction for Italy." Even former Prime Minister Enrico Letta promotes Expo Milano 2015. "Concerns have been swept away by what is becoming a global success," he added on the sidelines of the Summit of Youth Innovation Competition on Global Governance, which opened today at the Auditorium of the Palace Italy.

The event, created in 2007 from Fudan University in Shanghai, was also hosted by Expo Shanghai 2010, to arrive today at Expo Milano 2015, which bridge between the two Expos. This year's edition is dedicated to the theme Youth in Food Security Innovation and involves 70 students from around the world who will discuss the issues of food security. At the opening ceremony of the Summit, they were attended, among others, former Deputy Secretary OECD Richard Boucher and the Commissioner General of Section of the Italian Pavilion Diana Bracco.
