The week August 24 to 30 at Expo celebrates Beretta

Speck Alto Adige PGI, one of the most distinctive and valuable in Trentino Alto Adige.

Representing excellence Beretta of the week will be a South Tyrolean doc as Reinhold Messner, the legendary mountaineer will be Friday, 28 August 1812 at Piazza Beretta as the face of the strong and spicy taste of his homeland to Moser, the company subsidiary specializing Beretta in the production of speck and local products in South Tyrol.

Speck Alto Adige PGI will be the star of the usual cooking shows on Tuesday and Thursday and Friday aperitif in music.

Tuesday, August 25th Carousel of Flavors: the challenge between tradition and innovation with recipes based on Speck Alto Adige IGP pair Cesarini of Homefood Nicoletta Brambilla and Fabio Forni, a former journalist with a passion for cooking, and interpretation 2.0 food blogger AIFB Italian Food Bloggers Association Andrea Zinn.

A challenge accompanied by tastings in purity by Peter Moser and Lukas Sword, Master Salumiere Moser.
Thursday, August 27 Speck Alto Adige IGP become gourmet ice cream in "Ice Cream salumato" chef Filippo Novelli, World Champion Gelato, and Ciro Fraddanno Athenaeum, the Academy Ice Cream Comprital.

The highlight you will have the morning of Friday 28 August, when Reinhold Messner will come to Expo for his first official visit: between the stages of the mountaineer, as well as Piazza Beretta 1812, meeting with Giuseppe Sala, CEO of Expo 2015 and the visits to the Hall Zero and those dedicated to South Tyrol and Nepal, his second home.
