Eighty pounds of cakes and pastries winds, for a total of one hundred pounds of sweets Lombard. They are the ones that offer Lombardia Terranostra today, Wednesday, August 12, and Saturday, August 15 at Expo visitors to Milan at the Pavilion Coldiretti "No farmers no party". Guest master Iginio Massari, coach of the Italian National Confectioners, who besides realizing the sweet tasting, held demonstrations on how to get a perfect dough.
The appointment for today, Wednesday, August 12, is for 15 hours while on Saturday are scheduled three tastings: at 10, at 15 and 16:30. You can sample some of the sweets of our territories - said Coldiretti Lombardia - including 12 kilos of panettone, persicata 7 pounds, 6 pounds of sbrisolona, 6 pounds and 6 pounds of nougat cake Donizetti. To realize the sweets offered to the public of Expo - concluded Coldiretti regional - have been used 24 pounds of flour, 300 eggs, 13 liters of milk, 20 pounds of sugar, 10 pounds of butter and 10 peach, 6 kilos of dried fruit and 1 pound of honey.
