La Murrina FOR THE EXCELSIOR hotel Gallia a Milano
La Murrina, alongside the architect Marco Piva, gives to the most exclusive spaces of the historical Excelsior Hotel Gallia in Milan a magical atmosphere and a renewed splendour, thanks to its precious lighting creations. The Excelsior Hotel Gallia is one of the most prestigious hotels of Milan since 1932, and its reopening, now under the ownership of Katara Hospitality, coincides with Expo Milan 2015. The most precious and exclusive suite, the Katara, is situated on the seventh floor: measuring 1000m2, this suite is one of Italy's largest, maximum essence of luxury. For this prestigious residence La Murrina has created magnificent chandeliers for the living area, the bedroom area and the private Spa. The magnificent chandeliers by La Murrina enhance also the hotel's public spaces: the wonderful 7th floor panoramic restaurant and the unique rooftop bar. Combining the contemporary aesthetics in an art nouveau atmosphere: this is the challenge successfully met by La Murrina, which has proved to be the ideal partner for Studio Piva, able to provide exclusive custom-made solutions.
