With the 54th edition of the Salone Internazionale del Mobile [International Furniture Salon], the exclusive VEBLÉN collection from FIAM makes its debut. A Luxury Edition with a strong personality, composed of furniture where the key note is a sophisticated elegance that is expressed in the splendor of the refined decoration and exquisite details. 

The result of years of research and creative study, VEBLÉN expresses the unmistakable elegance of Italian products, the vision of its top designers and the skilled craftsmanship of the masters of glass. The whole is epitomized and perfected by the passion of a brand that has founded a real culture of beauty around glass. So today FIAM renews and enhances its vision, dedicating it to a sophisticated and demanding public.

The history of VEBLÉN goes way back, full of that ancient fascination that glass, a symbol of aristocratic prestige, has always exercised over man. A story that is passed down to us, closely interwoven with the story of a family, where the passion and commitment of Vittorio Livi has brought the expressive potential of this material up to date, carrying it to ever more advanced aesthetic and technological heights.

The inspiration for VEBLÉN originated in the prestigious setting of Villa Miralfiore, a 15th-century home restored to its former glory by the Livi family. During the restoration of this magical place, a symbol of art, architecture and especially of the good life, a Renaissance fresco was revealed. Which had a small but refined detail – an ermine. That symbol of aristocratic purity and regality, but also of mystery and legend, is the perfect icon for the ambience of the new collection. 

Eighteen creations quite unique for style and elegance – tables, coffee tables, mirrors, consoles, chairs and other furnishings that suit every room in the house. From the most intimate spaces to dining and living areas, wherever you turn your gaze, glass is the protagonist, the magister elegantiae. Embellished with carvings, friezes and beveling, with bronze and fumé brushed and polished surfaces, fused at high temperatures, or paired with refined fabrics, wood and leather.
