Despite showing strong pace in the second round of the FIA World Rallycross Championship this weekend at Lydden Hill, both Team Peugeot-Hansen 208WRX Supercars experienced engine problems and failed to make it to the final stages of the event.
Timur Timerzyanov finished third fastest in heat one followed by ninth in heat two to lie sixth overall at the end of day one. The Russian star picked up an engine problem at the start of sunday morning's warm-up, putting him out of the event.

1- A. Bakkerud, 49 pts 2- P. Solberg, 46 pts 3- T. Heikkinen, 44 pts 4- R. Nitiss, 43 pts
5- A. Marklund, 26 pts 6- R. Larsson, 25 pts 7- T. Hansen, 20 pts 8- T. Timerzyanov, 19 pts etc
