Officine Gullo, the Florentine firm renowned for its prestigious kitchens and professional cooking machines, has built a new open kitchen for the “Al Fresco” restaurant at the Four Seasons Hotel in Florence. “Al Fresco”, offers typical Italian trattoria style dining for lunch and in the evening it offers pizzeria and barbecue selections. The hotel’s outdoor restaurant is set in the greenery of a centuries-old garden in the city’s historic center, offering poolside dining during the summer.
The menus are created by Executive Chef Vito Mollica, who earned the hotel’s main restaurant, “Il Palagio”, its first Michelin star in 2011...
