The Art of corruption on eBay: When Art is a stab to the Power 56 Italian politicians on sale on eBay. Among personal computers, accessories, mobiles and bricolage, you will find, on one of the most renown international websites for online sales, 50 portraits of as many Italian inquired members of the Parliament and still in office, touched-up and presented in golden frames. The exceptional proposal is completed by the pictures of those Ministries for Culture (Sandro Bondi, Rocco, Buttiglione, Giancarlo Galan, Lorenzo Ornaghi, Francesco Rutelli, Giuliano Urbani) that, according to CAM, in the last ten years contributed to the degradation of the Italian Cultural politics, to the demolition of the cultural tissue, to halve the funding, to the negligence of that patrimony that Europe envies to us, to the abandonment of archeological sites, to personal favoritism and patronage instead of competence. Due to the Italian politics context the museum in Casoria is forced to sell the above mentioned works with a special discount and online auctions at the basic price of 5 euros each. http://www.ebay.it/itm/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=181038822111&ssPageName=ADME:L:LCA:IT:1123#ht_1461wt_1399 curated by Antonio Manfredi in collaboration with the students of the Federico II University in Naples and the SUN University in Aversa Opening: Thursday the 13th of December 2012 at 7.00pm Installations and videos Music performance by Rap band Luca Blindo & Tony Phone.
