Toncelli Kitchen - New Showroom opening at Shanghai
Toncelli has opened a new 300sqm show room in Shanghai, in the presence of several guests and
the Italian Consol in China. The company, who for 50 years have produced high-quality Italian
kitchens which are characterised by refined and rare materials, are working to strengthen their
active presence in the Far East markets thanks to a rich and successful sales network. The new show
room, managed by Mr Zhao Schumin, is situated in the historical Shiliupu area. In the Far East, this
place was a focal point for transportation and business trade in China. In the old Shanghai, the
building in which Toncelli is situated was a symbol of prosperity, and is connected with a wide
history of war and society. Installed in the show room are 2 Special Tall Units dedicated to the Wine
Cellar and Cocktails and 3 important kitchen compositions: TONCELLI ESSENTIAL in glossy
white and olive finishes; Progetto50, the quintessence of luxury, finished in “solcato” wood, cement
and leather; Nantìa in Terra d’Ombra wood, for high-class residences worldwide and for people
who love contemporary classic style. The Shanghai show room is the first in a series of many new
openings. Forecasted next month are openings in Minsk, Kiev, Riga, Almata, and also Jakarta in the
South of the Far East, Mombay in India and Sydney in Australia.
