WWCOTY reaches 70 jurors

Katarzyna Dziewick, from Poland, the latest judge to join Women’s World Car of the Year, an organisation in 49 countries.

 

 July, 2023 – The Women's World Car of the Year (WWCOTY) is pleased to announce that #katarzynadziewicka, motoring journalist on fleetLOG has joined this international jury, the only car awards in the world composed exclusively of women motoring journalists. With her appointment, #wwcoty reaches 70 judges from 49 countries.

 Katarzyna Dziewicka started her career in #automotive media more than 20 years ago. During the last 15 years she has been working as an independent journalist which specialises in cars and commercial vehicles. She usually tests passenger models and commercial vehicles which gives her a wide perspective on the topic.

 Her work is appreciated. Last year she was awarded the eMobility Media Awards and this year she won the Trade Press Award 2023.

 Currently, she works in FleetLOG, a media outlet that treats transport as a system and deals with its components and the role they play in the entire value chain. FleetLog tests and presents almost all kind of vehicles. FleetLOG plays a crucial role with the development of electromobility and autonomous vehicles. New types of drivelines and driver assistance systems are creating a brand new world of mobility: efficient, safe and sustainable.

 Poland has one of the biggest number of cars per 1000 inhabitants in Europe. Compact crossovers and SUVs dominates the market. It also has a strong #automotive industry. It produces components and complete vehicles including trucks and buses. Poland plays an important role in commercial road transport in Europe.
