EN On the occasion of the finissage of the exhibition Re-Materialization of Language. 1978-2022 on 9 June, the Antonio Dalle Nogare Foundation presents Nora Turato. Bolzano Poster Project & Talk, a site-specific project by Croatian artist Nora Turato, which consists of a series of public posters in the urban space of the city of Bolzano. The inauguration of the intervention, which uses advertising panels distributed throughout the city, will be followed by a talk by the artist and curators Cristiana Perrella and Andrea Viliani, as part of the Fondazione Live event programme. The #event will take place at the Antonio Dalle Nogare Foundation at 8 p.m. Nora Turato’s is the last of the activations of the exhibition Re-Materialization of Language. 1978-2022, following Tomaso Binga's poetry performance in December 2022; Monica Bonvicini's sound installation, which opened in February 2023; and BRACHA's lecture and accompanying display of a notebook and drawing selection in March 2023. Turato’s intervention stretches outside of the Fondazione’s spaces for the first time, which also allows for the possibility to reach a wider and more diversified audience and to interact directly with the articulated and layered system of shapes and signs that characterises the urban environment, which does not rely on the mediation of the institutional space. |
