Compared to other outdoor cooking devices, the Charlie Charcoal Oven's larger cooking chamber is a unique feature that sets it apart. Many outdoor grills and ovens have limited cooking capacity, which can be frustrating for those who want to cook larger meals or experiment with new recipes.

Elevate flavour effortlessly.

Charlie does all the hard work with ease, so you don't have to stress or spend hours manning the barbecue.

Simplicity itself to light, Charlie gets up to 200°C in 20 minutes or 400°C in 30 minutes. From the moment you put the #food in, Charlie will create the magic for you, with the #food sealed in the cauldron of fire and smoke. Its front-opening door, heavy-duty construction and advanced thermal insulation mean it uses around 45% less fuel than an open grill.

One of the things people love about the oven is its ability to cook a whole meal at once. It takes all the mess out of the kitchen. The oven is big, and it has nine cooking positions in the freestanding version, which means you can add many things to cook at once. 

Pizzas are a dream. Bake several at once; three pizzas on different shelves on pizza stones can cook in just three minutes. No turning; just shut the door and wait. As the oven is a closed unit, 375-400°C is more than enough. The heat directly from the stones and the indirect heat from the oven create the perfect environment for baking.

Smoking #food is easy too. Just add a couple of chunks of wood to the charcoal, producing an authentic BBQ smokiness. Cold smoke or hot smoke at low temperatures with ease too.
