Daimler Truck is looking for around 2,800 holiday workers in Germany
- Holiday workers support permanent workforce at the German locations
- Temporarely employment mainly between March and September

Summer time is vacation time. For this reason, #Daimler #truck is once again offering additional relief to the permanent workforce at the German locations this year by employing holiday workers. The majority of the approximately 2,800 vacation workers will work in the Mercedes-Benz plants in production and logistics, around 1,200 alone at the largest location in Wörth this year. Jürgen Hartwig, Member of the Board of Management of #Daimler #truck AG, responsible for Human Resources and Labor Director: “The holiday workers are again actively supporting us during the holiday season this year. The young people take advantage of the opportunity and gain versatile insights into the company and make initial professional contacts - and all this with attractive remuneration. In addition, they give the permanent workforce some well-deserved relaxation time.”
This year, holiday workers are searched for the Mercedes-Benz plants in Gaggenau, Kassel, Mannheim and Wörth. In some plants, the holiday workers have already been on duty since March. The largest number of pupils and students will support the works in the summer months from May to September 2023.
Students must be at least 18 years old to be employed. The length of employment depends on the location, but at least four weeks. The application process has started, interested persons can apply online: https://www.Daimlertruck.com/karriere/schueler/ferienjobs
