Three Horizon FD Series Yachts on Display at Palm Beach
Horizon Yachts will showcase three FD Series yachts at the #palmbeachinternationalboatshow, March 23 - 26.
Kaohsiung, Taiwan (March 7, 2023) — Horizon Yachts will once again enjoy a prominent position during the 2023 #palmbeachinternationalboatshow, with three large FD Series yachts on display.
Situated at the entrance of Ramp 2, Slips 201-203, Horizon’s head-turning showcase will include the popular #FD80 model, a customized FD Skyline new build and the first #fd110trideck.
The FD80 has become one of the Cor D. Rover-designed Fast Displacement (FD) Series’ most popular models, winning the hearts of owners with its spacious high-volume design, four-stateroom layout, enclosed skylounge, spacious beach club, crew quarters and plentiful deck areas and amenities. This is the first #FD80 model in the U.S. to feature an open galley design, which further adds to the feeling of spaciousness onboard. She is also the first #FD80 to be fitted with Caterpillar 1,600hp engines and the
Garmin Surround View six-camera “Birdseye” system. Horizon’s proprietary High Performance Piercing Bow and hull design affords superior comfort and stability for an enjoyable cruising experience.
Customization is a cornerstone of the Horizon build philosophy, and the second FD #yacht on display demonstrates the level of owner customization available in this high-volume series. Named Issimo, this
FD Skyline commemorates her owners’ Italian heritage with an owner-specific design throughout. The owners specified a four-stateroom layout to allow for the signature on-deck master suite with three large VIP cabins as well as a spacious custom laundry and storage room on the lower deck. Additional modifications include the incorporation of a wet bar in lieu of the standard staircase on the starboard side of the aft deck as well as a full bar, L-shaped seating and dining and large Jacuzzi tub on the boat deck aft of the enclosed skylounge.
Bookending the #horizonyachts showcase is the FD110 Tri-Deck, the flagship of the FD Series. This voluminous build features five ensuite staterooms including an on-deck master suite, a spacious laundry room and crew quarters for six. An enclosed skylounge enhances the interior guest spaces while the exterior deck areas offer the space of a much larger build. From the aft deck dining area to the foredeck with its large Jacuzzi tub, to the sprawling boat deck and inviting tri-deck entertainment space, this FD110 is dedicated to enjoying life on the water. This particular #yacht is in fact an extremely popular charter #yacht that sets the perfect example of how the Horizon FD Series yachts can be enjoyed by owners and guests.
