The Rolling Stones – Unzipped tickets go on sale on 7 March
Good news: advance ticket sales for The Rolling Stones – Unzipped start on Tuesday 7 March 2023 at 12:00 o'clock in the afternoon. Unzipped takes visitors on a journey through the Rolling Stones' legendary career. The exhibition is an exhilarating mix of music, art, #design, #fashion, photography and #film. The #show starts on Friday 30 June.
A second chance in 2023
A travelling exhibition rarely visits the same museum twice. After coronavirus restrictions halted Unzipped's 2020 run at the #groningermuseum after just four weeks, many fans were left disappointed. Fortunately, the museum reached an agreement with the band's management to bring the exhibition back to Groningen in 2023, giving visitors a second chance to see the #show.
About The Rolling Stones – Unzipped
This international exhibition gives visitors a look behind the scenes. Take a tour through the Stones' history and impressive career with original objects from the band's personal archive, including instruments, stage designs, album covers, iconic costumes, personal diaries, rare audio fragments and video footage. A highlight is a reconstruction of the band's old studio and modest flat in London's Edith Grove. Another is the spectacular Dolby Atmos experience as part of the finale of the exhibition. Here visitors get to experience the Stones "live" on stage in Cuba in 2016.
Groningen will be Unzipped's final stop on the European continent.
