The Blank presenta Arte in Opera. Jonathan Monk, Giulio Paolini, Salvo a Palazzo della Ragione di Bergamo
Until January 29, 2023, Palazzo della Ragione, Bergamo, is hosting the exhibition #arte in Opera. The exhibition, organized by The Blank in cultural agreement with the Municipality of Bergamo and curated by Giacinto Di Pietrantonio and Stefano Raimondi, leads in the year of the Italian Capital of Culture BGBS 2023.
The exhibition highlights the connections and dialogues between three masters of #contemporaryart - Giulio Paolini, Jonathan Monk and Salvo - through important artworks that reflect on the themes of authorship, history and time.
Palazzo della Ragione, the oldest Municipal Palace in Italy, is transformed into an optical device capable of creating a dialogue between the contemporary artworks and the many important frescoes from the medieval and Renaissance periods that enrich the exhibition space.

Friday, Saturday, Sunday: 10 a.m.-7 p.m.
Open Dec. 24, 26, 31 | 10 a.m.-7 p.m.
Closed Dec. 25 and Jan. 1
Monday-Thursday open only for groups and schools with advance reservations by writing to associazione@theblank.it, min 15 people. Tickets on site or online.
