Casalgrande Padana is the 2023 Service Champion

The German Institute for Quality and Finance has awarded the prestigious 2023 Service Champion prize to Casalgrande Padana

The German Institute for Quality and Finance (ITQF) – one of Europe’s leading certification bodies – and its media partner Repubblica A&F have awarded the 2023 Best in Italy TOP service – Tiles and Flooring prize to Casalgrande Padana.

This prestigious achievement is based on an extensive survey, which gathered the opinions of more than 250,000 customers between July and August 2022, analysing 190 sectors of the Italian economy. The survey (now at its 9th edition) was conducted by CAWI (Computer Aided Web Interview) and provided insights into 1929 companies. Respondents were asked whether they had been customers of a particular company in the past three years and how they rated the service received.

A service experience score (SES) was calculated for each of the 190 analysed market sectors. The survey also delved into customer relationships and purchase experience.

Casalgrande Padana has also received the “2022-23 Digital Star - technological companies”, “2022 Green Star”, and “2021-2022Top Job” awards.
