Besenzoni celebrates its 55th anniversary at the Genoa Boat Show 2022

The Italian company headed by Giorgio Besenzoni will be featuring at the upcoming Genoa Boat Show - to take place from 22 to 27 September - with its wide range of products dedicated to boats of all types and sizes. The stand will showcase the SPE 908 version of the multifunctional LaScala electric ladder, the LaPasserella gangway and the P252 automatic helm seat.

In the year of its 55th anniversary, Besenzoni will be featuring at the Genoa Boat Show with some of its most popular products that have quality and innovation as their common denominator. Reliable, customisable products meeting every need of boat owners seeking increasingly 'integrated' on-board components for their craft.

For the BeElectric range, the stand will showcase the first product launched in the LaPasserella series, along with one of the most popular models: the SPE 908 version of the multifunctional LaScala ladder. Available in both polished and painted finishes, by adjusting the angle of the steps this model transforms from a bathing or boarding ladder into a walkway in just a few seconds. It adapts to the various technical and aesthetic requirements of the type of boat on which it is to be installed, while always adopting the highest quality materials.

The ladder is veneered either in teak with non-slip inserts or in 100% Green Ecological synthetic material. Maintenance of this latter material in particular is reduced to zero, since there is no need for treatments using special products: standard wood polishing or oiling isn’t necessary - simply brush down with soapy water. It is also stain-resistant, hard-wearing and impervious to the effects of sunlight or sea water, as well as having a non-slip surface, in both wet and dry conditions.

The fully electric power supply that these Besenzoni products feature brings numerous advantages not only to the boats on which they are installed but also to the environment. Firstly, the absence of a hydraulic power pack makes the systems quieter and the boats lighter. This enables us to deliver a key benefit: less impact on the marine environment as a direct result of fuel reduction, as well as reduced energy consumption on board.
