Vestel unveils trendsetting appliance ranges in EuroCucina debut
Vestel has exhibited for the first time at biennial trade fair, EuroCucina, unveiling its vision of the future of kitchen #design with built-in, smart and freestanding product collections on Stand L23 M20, Hall 15.
Perfectly in line with this year's EuroCucina theme of sustainability, the efficient range delivers time and energy-saving control, health benefits and programme customisations, seamlessly fitting into versatile open-plan kitchens.
Showcase highlights include the #vestel smart range, remotely controllable with the Veezy application, restaurant-quality cooking functionality, as well as health-boosting and eco light-based technologies for the cooling, dishwashing, laundry and air conditioner series.
Vestel smart range
Offering a soft contemporary style, with its espresso grey colour designs, the #vestel smart series encompasses a whole host of appliances. These include a 60cm built-in oven, 60cm induction hob, combi fridge/freezer, 12-place setting dishwasher, 10Kg washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as air conditioner.
Remotely controllable with the free-to-download Veezy application, the appliances can be set and their programmes monitored from anywhere using iOS and Android devices. Appliance functions may also be customised remotely to deliver extra support.
For users coming home late and looking to catch up on lost time, the oven's Boost feature can be set remotely to cut cooking times by up to 50%. Similarly, the dishwasher's Extra Drying function also ensures time-saving support, allowing the machine to be programmed remotely, so dishes are dried and ready in time for the evening meal.
Equally useful, if the laundry cannot be unloaded immediately on completion of a cycle, the washing machine's remotely accessible Easy Ironing function reduces the need for any post-wash ironing.
Meantime, the fridge/freezer allows energy savings to be made with the remotely controllable Holiday and Eco functions during prolonged absences from home.
In terms of functionality, the fridge/freezer itself, with VitaHub+, supports healthy lifestyles, having been independently verified to preserve fresh foods and vegetables for up to 30 days at a time.
PureBeam+ eco technology
Based on UVC LED light technology, PureBeam+ is an eco-feature of many of the smart products. While the fridge/freezer uses light to break down any harmful bacteria and viruses collected through the odour-neutralising filter, the dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer do so to sterilise each load. Similarly, the air conditioner's PureBeam+ feature works to inactivate air-borne bacteria and viruses, such as H1N1, SARS-Cov2 and Staphylococcus Aureus, while the air is being circulated throughout the indoor unit.
Remotely accessible features for the air conditioner, include Sleep mode, which reduces the operational sound to a barely audible 21dBA.
Built-in cooking series
Pushing the boundaries of #design, the built-in cooking range is set to bring restaurant-quality cooking techniques to more homes. Finished in silver, the 78-litre 60cm ovens, with their cutting-edge algorithm and steam-base, offer a sous-vide mode for healthier, tender and succulent dishes, as well as fast and efficient functions for steam-assisted cooking and self-cleaning cycles.
Made to match the #vestel glass #design warming drawer, the 50-litre 45cm compact built-in oven also offers steam-assisted functions to deliver flavoursome, vitamin-rich dishes that remain crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside.
Other full-size 60cm built-in ovens on display include chic matte black 78-litre models with special diamond cut knob and handle designs that can offer patented features for advanced support. While the Heatwrap function enables four different or five of the same dishes to be cooked together, the ultra-efficient Hot Air Shield prevents hot air from escaping whenever the oven door is open.
Also, on display will be numerous 12-15 place setting built-in dishwashers with cutting-edge #design details, such as slider touch door controls for ease of operation, and multiple built-in fridge/freezer designs. In addition to these, there will be a steam-assisted 8Kg built-in washing machine and 7/5Kg washer dryer, which offer ultra-hygienic, anti-crease cycles.
