FILA Announces Sponsorship of Australian Tennis Player Alexei Popyrin

(FILA Luxembourg S.à r.l.) - #fila announced today a sponsorship agreement with ATP Tour World No.61 #alexeipopyrin. The Aussie will wear the FILA® brand on court during the 2022 calendar season. 

Popyrin is coming off a successful 2021 season which saw him capture his first tour-level title at Singapore and consequently, reach a career-high ATP Tour ranking of No.59. The 22-year-old recorded a personal best 22 match victories during the 2021 season, including wins over Dimitrov, Sinner, De Minaur and Tsitsipas.

Popyrin has also shown consistency competing at the game’s highest level, registering back-to-back trips to the Australian Open third round (2019-2020), making him the youngest player to do so since Tomic in 2012-2013.
