Let's think about SDGs in Toyota Automobile Museum

The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are the blueprint for addressing the wide-ranging global challenges to achieving a more sustainable society. Sustainability is a major concern for a museum like ours, and we see it as our mission to advocate the sustainability agenda. Since our work involves preserving some of our history and culture for posterity, perhaps the museum itself can be likened to a large installation piece that helps people envision a sustainable future.

This exhibition offers an overview of the SDGs and what each of us can do to achieve them. Interactions with history at this museum have taught us that however little our individual contributions may be, they can collectively change the course of our future.

Preparing for this exhibition has been an educational experience for us, and we hope you will be excited to discover how these challenges can be met!

②Toyota Yaris [Hybrid] (2020)
An electric vehicle that also serves as an emergency mobile power source.

③ Rickshaw (Late Meiji Era)
