New Sound for Spanish SUV Coupé ABT supplies superb exhaust system for the CUPRA Formentor
Since the beginning of the year, the ABT Sportsline performance upgrade ABT Power* has been available for the dynamic #cupraformentor VZ 2.0 TSI. ABT Engine Control provides the first model with CUPRA’s own bodywork a powerful 370 HP (272 kW) and 450 Nm. To provide a sound to match the Formentor’s temperament, the world’s largest #automotive aftermarket and performance parts specialist for Audi and VW supplies a new stainless steel ABT exhaust system. Its beguiling 4-pipe end-pipes in stylish matt black feature an impressive 102 mm diameter. The company’s logo adorns the end-pipes and emphasises the attention to detail of the Bavarian #tuning workshop. But enough of the sporty aesthetics and back to the sound. The painstakingly manufactured and tested components of the exhaust system make the Formentor’s arrival an even more emotional experience.
If you are considering a sound upgrade and sportier roadholding, install ABT suspension springs, which can facilitate lowering of up to 35 mm all round. The fiery Formentor’s look can be punctuated by a comprehensive range of rim designs. For example, the 20-inch Sport GR, which is available in matt or glossy black. This rim is also available as part of ABT Sportsline’s attractive package for the sizzling Spaniard: It also includes the ABT Power performance upgrade for the VZ 2.0 TSI to 370 HP, suspension springs and the new exhaust system.
