METZELER named "Best Tyre Brand" by German magazine MOTORRAD readers for the 7th consecutive year

Chosen by 61.9% of the 51.000 readers who participated in the annual survey promoted by the prestigious German magazine, the blue elephant brand won the coveted award for the 11th time

Milan, 1st April 2021 - Motorcyclists have confirmed once again METZELER as the most appreciated tyre brand. This was decreed by the readers who participated in the annual survey promoted by the prestigious German magazine MOTORRAD, electing METZELER as the 2021 ‘Best Brand’ in the tyre category.

After the successes of the 2006, 2008, 2009, 2013, from 2015 to 2021 editions, also this year METZELER is confirmed again as the benchmark motorcycle tyre brand, for the eleventh time (and seventh consecutive year) over the last sixteen editions.

To carry out the survey, MOTORRAD readers were asked to indicate which tyre brand they preferred, leaving voters free to express one or more preferences. METZELER won with a significant victory with 61.9% of the preferences of the 51.000 voting readers.

The consistency with which the METZELER brand has managed to win this important award is a demonstration of the popularity and esteem the brand enjoys among European and international motorcyclists and a confirmation of the comprehensive and continuous research and development work carried out on products that have remained at the top of their category.

As a confirmation of this constant work, in addition to the recognition of 'Best Brand' by German readers and motorcyclists, there are the victories achieved by METZELER products in the comparative tests organised by the main European industry publications. These include ROADTEC™ 01 SE triumph, at its debut on the market, in the comparative organised by British magazines RiDE and MCN, and more recently, the assignment of the 'TEST WINNER' title in the MOTORRAD sport touring tyre test.
