Nissan production, sales and exports for February 2021
YOKOHAMA, Japan (Mar. 30, 2021) – Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. today announced production, sales and export figures for February 2021.

- China production includes Dongfeng-brand passenger vehicles and light commercial vehicles.
Nissan’s global production in February increased 10.6% from a year earlier.
- Production in and outside Japan surpassed year-earlier results by 7.4% and 11.4%, respectively.
- Production in China surpassed year-earlier results by 876.8%.

- China sales figures (excluding commercial vehicles) have been retail since January 2015. Year-on-year percentage change excludes commercial vehicles.
- China sales include Dongfeng-brand passenger vehicles and light commercial vehicles.
Global sales in February increased 5.6% from a year earlier.
- Sales including minivehicles in Japan decreased 3.7%. o Sales of registered vehicles in Japan decreased 13.6%.
o Minivehicle sales in Japan surpassed year-earlier results by 12.9%.
- Sales outside Japan surpassed year-earlier results by 7.6%.
- Sales in China surpassed year-earlier results by 400.5%
