10:26 AWARD An award to remember the life, passions and dreams of the victims of the Bologna station massacre of August 2, 1980.

Organized by the Fondazione Bottega Finzioni in collaboration with the Associazione tra i Familiari delle Vittime della Strage della Stazione di #bologna del 2 Agosto 1980, the award is open to young #students up to the age of 26.

ENTRY DEADLINE: April 25, 2021

Ideally, the 10:26 Award will restart the hands of the clock at #bologna station, which stopped at 10:25 am on August 2, 1980. The competition, which was set up by the Fondazione Bottega Finzioni with the patronage of the Associazione tra i Familiari delle Vittime della Strage della Stazione di #bologna del 2 Agosto 1980 and the support of CER GAS Group, Orteco Srl and Eurotre Srl, aims to remember the lives, passions and dreams of the victims of the massacre of August 2, 1980, by trying to symbolically reconnect the links and paths broken that day, and give them life through the support of study and research.

The call is open to all European and non-European #students up to 26 years of age, who have an original project in cultural, scientific and artistic fields: from works of art to research projects to texts and essays, participants can submit their contributions until April 25, 2021.

For the first edition, the 10:26 Prize will award a scholarship worth 3,000 euros and 10 prizes in vouchers worth 250 euros. The subject area for the research projects will be indicated each year by the Fondazione Bottega Finzioni together with the Associazione tra i Familiari delle

Vittime della Strage della Stazione di #bologna del 2 Agosto 1980, who will jointly appoint a commission of experts in the selected field to assess the entries. The subject area for 2021 is history of art and productions in the visual arts. The Board of Judges, composed of Davide Domenici (Anthropologist and Archaeologist), Elena Pirazzoli (Historian) and Francesca Tancini (Art Historian), will select the project they consider most original and significant among all those submitted.

Contestants (individuals or groups, schools or classes, adults or minors) must send their research project in PDF format to info@bottegafinzioni.com no later than April 25, 2021.

The prize-giving ceremony will take place on Monday, August 2, 2021, during the commemoration ceremony for the victims of the massacre. The place and time will be communicated in due time to all participants. In the announcement available at this link https://bit.ly/2Q62nVG you can read all the requirements and how to participate.
