In-car music, news and innovative digital services: from the partnership between Stellantis and GEDI, a “bouquet” of connected mobility solutions

  • A broad range to meet the needs of the various kinds of #stellantis customers
  • Coordinated by the #stellantis e-Mobility team, the collaboration will play out in three stages, resulting in a complete offering by late 2021
  • It all begins with the inclusion of the #radio Deejay, #radio Capital and #radio m20 apps in the #stellantis Fiat Link&Drive platform

Stellantis and #gedi have given the green light to a collaboration aimed at offering innovative digital services to today's motorists. The target audience will be customers who drive Stellantis-branded cars, who can take advantage of music and news intended specially for them.

GEDI Gruppo Editoriale is the top daily news group in Italy, a leader in print media and digital, with titles such as La Repubblica, La Stampa, ten local newspapers and L’Espresso. It is also one of the main #radio hubs for all of Italy, including a brand as outstanding as #radio Deejay, as well as #radio Capital and m2o. With their original audio, podcast and video content produced on a daily basis, #gedi will offer the new #partnership a wide-ranging bouquet of services focused on the various kinds of #stellantis customers.

The project's common thread is the concept of service integration, specifically in the world of apps. The #stellantis e-Mobility team has recently increased its focus on this field, given their vital role in the experience of motorists who drive connected cars.

The #partnership between the two groups will be rolled out in three stages. The first is the inclusion of #radio Deejay, #radio Capital and #radio m2o in the Fiat Link&Drive #app, due to become available in the next few weeks, for customers to interact with the new 500 Action. The collaboration will therefore become fully fledged by the end of the year. It will also include other formats, such as podcasts and news from the dailies, with the aim of offering innovative services for “connected” customers; those always in search of smart solutions so they can always keep up to date with what’s happening in the world, in real time.
