The BARDAHL Evan Bros. WorldSSP Team ready to climb the roller coaster in Portimao

Having passed the Jerez exam with excellent marks, here is immediately a new test to face. After the brilliant results achieved in Spain, the BARDAHL Evan Bros. #worldssp Team and its rider #andrealocatelli are ready to get on track this weekend on the spectacular track of #portimao in Portugal, for the third round of the #worldssp 2020 championship.

The weekend between the ups and downs of the Algarve International Circuit will be an interesting and testing challenge for Locatelli, who before this appointment was able to start to know the track only in the two days of pre-season test held at the end of January, being among other things already very fast on his Yamaha YZF-R6.  The rider from Bergamo will be able to rely on the great emotional charge obtained thanks to the excellent performance at Jerez, where he took his second and third victory of the season out three races disputed, becoming among other things the first Italian rider in the history of the category to win three consecutive races.  Locatelli and the reigning world champion team can start their weekend with the traditional FP1 and FP2 on Friday, while Saturday will be the time of FP3, Superpole and Race1. Sunday will finally turn off the traffic lights of Race 2.

Fabio Evangelista: "So far the season has given us great satisfaction until now, but we must not lower the level of concentration. #portimao is a difficult track, where we need a set-up that is almost perfect to be fast, so we will have to work as we did at Jerez. I have great confidence in my guys' skills, and we all know the great skills shown by Andrea, so I have a great feeling for the weekend".

Andrea Locatelli:
"I don't know the track perfectly, having only done one test in my career at #portimao, but I am sure that thanks to the great work of the team we will quickly find the right way to be fast. I am aware that I have a lot of fast and experienced opponents to face, but the goal is to continue to get the same results obtained in the first races. Both me and the team are really excited to be facing a new race weekend already, so we can't wait to start"
