Fiat Chrysler Automobiles enhances the dealership experience with its "Customer First Award for Excellence" Program

Today, #fiatchryslerautomobiles unveils its new “Customer First Award for Excellence” program in Europe following its resounding success in North America. The incentive and certification program awards FCA dealerships excelling in its sales and servicing network. The new project is the latest in a series of FCA initiatives with the support of Google Cloud technology to accelerate innovation and consumer insights within its dealerships around the world. The program will kick-off in more than 1,200 dealerships across Italy, France, Spain, Germany, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Austria, and Belgium, and will be rolled out to other countries in 2021.
Aimed at celebrating customer experience at #fiatchryslerautomobiles dealerships, the program will assess four key areas - customer satisfaction, process implementation, staff training and certification and showroom and workshop consistency with FCA standards increasing visibility and showcasing distinctive qualities among competitors. Winning dealerships will be able to use “Customer First” branding in all marketing and communications campaigns, through both traditional and digital channels, to provide further visibility into the prestigious recognition.
Thanks to the mix of analytic competences and smart analytics solutions of both FCA and Google Cloud, with “Customer First Award for Excellence”, FCA aims at offering a unique, bespoke dealership experience for consumers. Every customer will have easy access to the feedback, opinions, and experiences of thousands of previous visitors for a variety of offered services, from quotations, to purchase, to servicing.
“We will have access to an innovative tool to increase customer satisfaction, improve processes, certify and train our people, and reinforce quality standards in showrooms and workshops. In short, it will improve our performance,” said Pietro Gorlier, FCA’s Chief Operating Officer for the EMEA region. “I am particularly delighted that this program is yet another example of the close collaboration between Google Cloud and FCA.”
