The global situation with the spread of COVID-19 (novel coronavirus) is evolving rapidly and is a source of great concern to all of us. GEF staff are in close contact with partners and stakeholders to ensure the continuity of urgent environmental projects and programs in developing countries.
In line with public health advice and travel restrictions, relevant GEF events have been cancelled or postponed.
Agencies and conventions across the GEF #partnership are working to combat and mitigate the coronavirus crisis.
