Grassi Pietre in Los Angeles: Vicenza stone floors in the prestigious "Penthouse Collection" project

Excellence, contemporaneity, material harmonies, attention to details: these are the pivots that characterize the aesthetic and architectural timbre of the Penthouse Collection, an #interiordesign project that involved five penthouses overlooking the city of Los Angeles and whose evocative flooring is curated by #grassipietre.

Among the Italian excellences that are the protagonists of the project, in fact, the Vicenza Stone emerges in its many nuances, which in its refined character has literally enchanted the designer Lisa Garriss, who has personally selected it, in her favorite variations, visiting the company and its quarries.

The Palladio Stone thus embellishes the flooring of all five residences, in the variants Grigio Argento, Bianco Avorio, Pearl of the Berici, and Grigio Alpi in honed finish: light, delicate and neutral colors that blend well with the chic and contemporary style of the context. The flooring was supplied in three sizes and with a free lebgth dimensions , a methodology that includes fixed width slabs arranged in alternating rows with variable lengths, for an attractive and dynamic movement effect and also obtaining the result of diminishing material waste .

In the five luminous apartments the special furnishing projects have been selected by the famous American designer Lisa Garriss (studio Plum #design West) who used mostly the best Made in Italy interior brands, from kitchens, to doors and floors, together with stone, marble, glass and wood.

Each attic is absolutely unique, conceived with specific personalities in mind, strong in the designer's solid experience in the field of hospitality luxury #design.
Specifically, the Penthouse Collection includes:

The Mogul - 18th floor: over 760 square meters, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 toilets, for an apartment with an intriguing and enigmatic look, full of details cleverly inserted into a perfect overall alchemy.
The Entertainers 19th floor: over 760 square meters, 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 service bathrooms make up an apartment with wide, open and bright spaces, played on color details in contrast with clarity of walls and floors.
The Collector - 20th floor: over 760 square meters, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 service bathrooms harmonize in an environment with a rigorous and formal tone. A minimal-chic effect that takes full advantage of the shades of gray.
The Musicians - 21st floor: over 760 square meters, 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 toilets.
The Producer - 22nd floor: 740 sqm, 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 service bathrooms.
