In preview #polini Motori presents at #eicma 2019 the e-bikes by Kawasaki, Jeep, Garelli and Mondial equipped with #polini E-P3 electric motor.

Faithful to its slogan, the company of Bergamo well known all around the world to produce special parts for the two-wheel market, goes on with the development of the products dedicated to the e-bike world, where the E-P3 motor has become a new important point of reference.

Top brands like Kawasaki, Jeep and Garelli have chosen #polini E-P3 motor to equip their E-bikes: a compact, powerful and light electric motor, that thanks to its extraordinary features has demonstrated to be a highly performing and quality product. The E-bikes born from these partnerships are: Off-Road model by Jeep and Kawasaki, gravel model by Garelli and scrambler by Mondial.

And this is not all, because CODE group, e-bikes manufacturer, complete these prestigious partnerships developing a hand-bike in collaboration with Alex Zanardi for Elba4all.

NEW #polini E-P3 MX

Faithful to its slogan, the company of Bergamo goes on with the development of the products dedicated to the e-bike world, and presents the evolution of the E-P3 electric motor. E-P3 MX is born, more powerful and performing than the previous one, it has been studied for the MTB and dedicated to the most exigent customers who look for more motor torque.

Thanks to the good job of research and development, #polini wanted to achieve the aim to have a motor for the off-road models, more resistant to external agents with 144mm central axle but without changing the overall dimensions and geometries in order to be installed on the frames already manufactured.

This leap forward gives the possibility to satisfy a market even more careful to the motor power and battery life.

The torque of the new E-P3 MX motor passes from 70Nm to 90Nm, increasing the motor power that the motor can exploit above all at low rpm.

POLINI KIT FOR VESPA 300 GTS – PIAGGIO BEVERLY EURO 3 AND 4: POWER EXPLOSION

With the help of the technology used for the Formula 1 engines, #polini Motori has designed a new cylinder kit that wants to be a point of reference for Piaggio 300 engines tuning.

Thanks to the special barrel made of steel with Nicasil coating and to the “HTR” ring (High Turbulence Ring) it has been possible to increase the bore to 77mm, bringing the displacement from 278 cm3 to 294 cm3: an incredible explosion of power for your scooter engine.

The cylinder kit can be installed without any modification to the crankcase and to the original head.
Exclusive detail in the scooter market is the “HTR” ring that above improving the squish effect, it allows a larger supporting surface of the head gasket, granting great reliability of this part.

The piston has a wider skirt to resist to the side shifting generated by the coil; the combustion chamber, machined from the piston top, has been designed to have the best compression ratio with wide squish lines that match to the original head. The CDI has two curves specific for the different tuning steps: the first is proper to be installed with #polini Hi-Speed, cylinder kit and original muffler; the second one with #polini Hi-Speed, cylinder kit and #polini muffler.

With the new kit the performance is tangible just from the first rpm and the engine is powerful at all the rpm.
The cylinder kit comes with plug and play CDI and the wirings to be connected to the original system without any modification.

POLINI KIT FOR YAMAHA AEROX 4STROKE EURO 4: COMPLETE TECHNOLOGY BY #polini MOTORI

Polini Motori confirms its advanced technology to make the best of scooters even better by presenting the new complete series of products to make the engine of the Yamaha Aerox 50 4stroke E4 even more performing.
Following the assembly steps recommended to increase the performance:

1° step – Lambda probe emulator + Hi-Speed variator performance increase till 55 km/h
2° step – Lambda probe emulator + Hi-Speed variator + cylinder kit + gear kit: performance increase till 85 km/h

POLINI LAMBDA PROBE EMULATOR AND HI-SPEED VARIATOR FOR YAMAHA AEROX 4STROKE EURO 4
The new #polini HI-SPEED variator designed for Yamaha Aerox 4stroke Euro 4 scooter enables exciting efficiency and performance without giving up the maximum reliability. The half pulley has been designed with different grades to let the belt increase the excursion. The inside of the rollers sliding surfaces has been submitted to a glazing treatment to improve rollers sliding. The compression spring load has been increased of 87%. The springs with load increase of 35% improve of 500 rpm when the clutch engages. The rollers have a coating made of a new mixture of nylon and aramid fibers.

A set of 4,9 gr rollers is included in the package.
You will immediately notice that the starts will be faster and thanks to the new engine rpm range you will improve acceleration to achieve earlier the maximum speed.
To achieve this performance, it’s compulsory to install the #polini lambda probe emulator, item 171.0010. The lambda probe detects the presence of oxygen in the exhaust gases and lets the carburation adjustemnt and consequent the stochiometric ratio. (air/fuel). #polini emulator simulates the signs of the original lambda probe received from the CDI.
The original CDI, in this way, is leaded to work with a constant air/fuel ratio, letting the performance improvement of the vehicle and the perfect stochiometric working.

POLINI CYLINDER KIT FOR Yamaha Aerox 50 iGET 4STROKE 4V EURO 4
The new #polini cylinder kit made of aluminum light alloy is specific for Yamaha Aerox 50 iGET 4str. 4V euro 4.

The performance is granted thanks to the displacement that has been increased to 66,29cc, bore of 44mm and compression ratio of 12,4:1.
The cylinder kit includes cylinder, piston, a bigger air filter sleeve to increase the air flow and an ECU with wiring and map.

POLINI LONGER GEARS KIT FOR YAMAHA AEROX 50 iGET 4STR. 4V EURO 4
If you install the #polini gears kit on your Yamaha Aerox 50 Iget 4stroke 4v Euro 4 it’s easier to reach the maximum speed with an increase of 60%.

The #polini longer gears are made with a 16-51 ratio.
They are made of special steel material that grants higher resistance to wear and vibrations.

POLINI ECM FOR PIAGGIO VESPA-LIBERTY 50 4STR. EURO 4: #polini ALL IN ONE

For all the enthusiasts of the most famous scooter in the world, #polini presents the new ECM “ENGINE CONTROL MODULE” for Piaggio 50 4str. Euro 4 engine.
It’ s a #polini electronic CDI that controls the engine. It includes the connected sensor, the actuators, fuel injection, ignition and engine auxiliary #components.

Polini ECM lets the vehicle performance increase through the use of microprocessors of last generation, in synergy with a hardware that has been projected especially for this engine.

It’s a plug & play CDI. Very easy and fast to install, it’s enough to disconnect the original one and connect the #polini ECM.
ECM is ready to be installed on the original scooter. In this case we recommend matching it with the #polini Hi-Speed variator.

If you want to increase the power of your scooter with the #polini cylinder kit, it is possible to update the ECM by uploading the map on the #polini Motori official web site.

NEW GENERATION: #polini SCOOTER TEAM 4 HOMOLOGATED MUFFLERS

The new #polini SCOOTER TEAM 4 HOMOLOGATED mufflers for Yamaha Minarelli - Horizontal and Vertical engines, Piaggio and Peugeot have been developed with the technology acquired during the #polini Italian cup races.
In the details, the sizes of the expansion chamber have been changed, even increasing the number of the cones with the aim to obtain the maximum performance and to improve the racing look.

The last updated have been done starting from the technical data coming from the #polini Big Evolution mufflers, now top of the range.
The silencer is made of black anodized aluminum with detachable back cover to replace the deadening material.

They are born from the passion for the races and they find their proper application on the roads because they are homologated: they can be so installed both on different 50cc scooters models for city use and on tuned engines dedicated to the races on track.

Polini Motori dedicates all its experience to the engines world by developing a new complete range of crankshafts for every kind of use. These crankshafts can be installed both on original engines and elaborated with an incredible quality/ratio price.

Scooter 50 For race crankshafts
With the never-ending philosophy to improve the quality and the performance of the original parts, #polini For Race crankshafts have been studied for the 50cc scooter, developed to increase the resistance, the coil has been improved and reinforced to better support the elaborate engines. #polini For Race crankshafts are perfectly balanced to reduce both the vibrations and the loss of power and they are thermal treated to improve their resistance. Safety and reliable, they can be installed both on the original and tuned engines.

VESPA SPECIAL “Advanced” crankshaft
The “Advanced” #polini crankshafts have been properly developed to be installed on the mythic Vespa Px 125-150.
They are recommended for all the applications, but they exploit their maximum performance together with the upgrade #polini cylinder kit.
As for the race engines, the connecting rod is machined from a block to increase its resistance to stresses.
The setting of the intake has been modified to improve the engine performance and the #design of the crankshaft has been optimized to reduce vibrations. Safe and reliable, their assembly is recommended both on original and tuned engines. Two models available: Stroke 57 like the original one and Longer stroke 60 for upgrade engines.

Enduro and Motard 50cc #polini For Race Crankshaft for Minarelli AM6
It has been designed for Minarelli AM6 engines with the aim to improve the quality and the performance of the original spare parts.
Same as per the racing engines it is born with the coil machined from a block with the aim to optimize the performance and resistance to stresses. It is perfect both for 50cc and 80cc tuned-up engines. Do not limit your rpm: #polini brings you higher with a performing and reliable product.

POLINI FOR RACE and #polini EVOLUTION

FOR RACE MUFFLERS

The homologated For Race mufflers perfectly match the shapes of the frames and grant good performance, optimization of the power at every rpm and great reliability.
The exhaust has been developed to better exploit the performance of both the original and tuned engines. The silencer is made of black anodized aluminum. It can be disassembled to make the replacement of the deadening material easier.

EVOLUTION MUFFLERS

Polini Motori has designed 2 new Evolution exhaust systems for 50cc 2stroke motorcycles. One model is specific for the street bikes by Aprilia, Derbi, Rieju and Yamaha while the other model is for the motard or enduro motorcycles by Beta, Derbi, Rieju and Yamaha.

Main feature of the Evolution mufflers is the lower-fitting that lets exploit the dimensions of the expansion cones to achieve the best performance both on the 50cc original engines and 80cc tuned engines for race use.
The end silencer is made of black anodized aluminum. In the packaging of the muffler there is a complete set of screws and fixing brackets for an easier installation according to the different frame models.

CDI #polini FOR MINARELLI AM6 EURO 4 ENGINES

Polini Motori presents the new CDI that has been studied and manufactured for 50cc 2str. Euro 4 motorcycles equipped with AM6 Minarelli engines.

It’s a plug & play CDI. Very easy and fast to install, it’s enough to disconnect the original CDI and connect the #polini one.

Polini CDI eliminates the original limiter and allows the rpm increase till 14000 according to the tuning parts installed on the motorcycle.

A new solution to make the 50cc 2str Euro 4 motorcycles even more performing.

POLINI PRIMARY GEAR, STRAIGHT TEETH FOR VESPA SMALL FRAME AND 125ET3

The engagement and the experience with the races have driven #polini to develop the new primary gears with straight teeth with flexible coupling system and reinforced clutch basket.
The clutch basket is machined from a block and with case-hardening thermal treatment lets the conductor discs to work on all the 6 sides reducing their wear. The counter flange of the coupling systems made of case-hardened steel too, grants the highest resistance allowing to remove the clutch basket too.

The springs made of high-resistance steel are calibrated to avoid the break of the gear itself.
The new gears, specific both for Vespa 50 and 125cc, are interchangeable with the original parts. It is recommended to install them on elaborated engines or over 25hp. To adapt the gears to the different situation 3 different sprockets are available with specific teeth to match the teeth of the #polini clutch bell:

  • Item 202.1418 - Primary sprocket Vespa 50 Z=25 72 - long gear
  • Item 202.1419 - Primary sprocket Vespa 50 Z=28 72 - long gear
  • Item 202.1420 - Primary sprocket Vespa 50 Z=26 72 - short gear

POLINI Ø 28/30 REED MANIFOLD FOR VESPA PX 125-150

Polini Ø 28/30 reed manifold for Vespa PX 125-150 is born to give more performance compared to the original fuel system. This manifold has two main features:

  • the first one gives the possibility to house an upgrade carburetor in the Vespa.
  • The second one lets the engine use even with a worn intake valve.

POLINI HI-SPEED FOR E-BIKE

Polini Hi-Speed is an electronic device studied for E-bike motors with the aim to increase the pedal assist mode exploiting at all the performance that the motor can offer. Further to already famous #polini Hi-Speed for #polini, Bosch, Brose, Shimano and Yamaha motors, #polini Hi-Speed enriches its range for the new Bosch My20, Olied, Mahle mod. Creo for Specialized and Fazua evation systems.

It is easy to install because the connectors communicate with the original ones. The assembly takes only a few minutes. It does not require any setting because it is self-adjusting. The device does not require any battery since it is self-recharging. This item shall be used in accordance with the national laws concerning traffic; it cannot be used on public road.
