2020 SKETCHBIKE CUSTOMISATION KITS

MOTO GUZZI EXCLUSIVELY PRESENTS CLASSIC SPORT, SPORT VINTAGE AND TROFEO AT EICMA, THREE BRAND-NEW ACCESSORY KITS TO TRANSFORM THE AESTHETICS OF EVERY V7III. THREE INSPIRATIONS WITH WHICH A RIDER CAN PERSONALISE THE BIKE AND HIGHLIGHT THEIR UNIQUE STYLE

TWELVE PARTS, DESIGNED, DEVELOPED AND MANUFACTURED BY MOTO GUZZI, PERFECTLY INTERCHANGEABLE WITH THE ORIGINALS AND FULLY APPROVED.

Moto Guzzi will use EICMA – the Milan International Motorcycle Show - to exclusively present its Sketchbike Kits, select packages of accessories dedicated to the Moto Guzzi V7III that comprise four elements (aluminium side panels, tank, top fairing and tail fairing) and are offered in three configurations inspired by as many “style proposals”.

The Sketchbike Kits, the name of which derives from the verb to sketch, reflect the concept of co-creation and the involving of the consumer in the bike "wrapping" process, almost as if the customer making the purchase were able to "virtually" design their vehicle with "tailor made style", with a view to maximum personalisation.

The three proposals – Classic Sport, Sport Vintage and Trofeo – strongly recall the sports roots of Moto Guzzi, albeit each in a different way: the Classic Sport kit boasts sporty yet traditional style; the Sport Vintage version gives the past a bold twist; the Trofeo accessories are a clear tribute to the very competitive spirit of racing.

The Classic Sport Kit has a timeless sports look that conjures up memories of the legendary sports V7s, given a racing twist here with the use of metallic yellow and shades of green as the main colours. Yellow, a classic sports colour, represents a search, a challenge, energetic stimulation for the mind and senses that pushes towards new achievements.

The Sport Vintage Kit pays tribute to Moto Guzzi racing history and is inspired by the historic V7 model, so ably ridden, with #35, by the famous Jack Findlay during the 1972 200 Miglia di Imola. The vintage green of that era returns to the fore, now in a more dynamic and modern shade and taking on a whole new character together with the graphic band with Moto Guzzi logo, very similar to the original.

Lastly, the Trofeo Kit, which aims to honour the aggregative spirit typical of the Moto Guzzi community The Clan - brought to life by real fans of the Eagle brand and for which dedicated space was made during the Trofeo Moto Guzzi Fast Endurance, born in early 2019. It uses black and white as well as chequered graphics to immediately recall that sportiness and spirit of healthy competition typical of racing.

The Mandello "seven and a half" - one of the best-loved by a heterogeneous public - once again underlines its calling for personalisation this year, proving to be able to adapt to the style needs of those who like to stand out in a unique way with these three customisation projects that transform the Moto Guzzi V7III into unique looking bikes, also giving the consumer the chance to dip into the diverse custom world.

Guzzisti also have the option to go even further with their bike personalisation, by purchasing a “raw” (without graphics) fuel tank, top fairing, tail faring and side panels, naked skin on which to ink their own ultra-personal tattoo. The kit can be purchased as a single package or the four accessories can be purchased individually. Both the “nude” components and the kit parts are approved – and therefore street legal – guaranteeing maximum quality, safety and compliance with traffic regulations. All of the parts have been conceived, designed and made by Moto Guzzi and are subjected to strict control test cycles just like any other original part on the bike in order to guarantee a quality and long-lasting product. Since they have been conceived and fine tuned by Moto Guzzi, they are perfectly interchangeable with the factory parts, allowing you to easily revert your bike to its original configuration.

The three graphic options, available in 2020, will be available for order and purchase at a select network of dealerships.
