Subaru WRX STI Scores Back-to-Back Class Win in the 47th Nürburgring 24-Hour Race

Subaru Corporation is pleased to announce that its motorsports subsidiary, #Subaru Tecnica International (STI)^*1, took the SP3T class^*2 win in the 47th Nürburgring 24-Hour Race held in #germany from June 20 to 23, with the “Subaru #wrxsti NBR Challenge 2019”, a #racing car developed based on a #wrxsti mass-production model.

This is the second consecutive class win and its sixth title in the Nürburgring 24-Hour Race for #Subaru #wrxsti. The victory is a testament that the #Subaru #wrxsti is capable of fully exerting its AWD sports performance on circuits like Nürburgring, which is so-called one of the most challenging tracks in the world.

Through its motorsports activities, #Subaru and STI will continue to pursue engineering excellence to assure “Enjoyment and Peace of Mind” to customers worldwide.
