Lambretta recommended the tyres of the Milan-based tyre manufacturer Pirelli as early as in the 1950s. When developing the new #lambretta, which celebrated its sensational world premiere in 2017, it soon became clear that Pirelli would once again be the first choice for tyres. Accordingly, all Lambretta scooters sold in Europe are fitted with Pirelli tyres on delivery.
The two traditional brands celebrate their revived collaboration with an exclusive special model, the #lambretta V 125 Special Pirelli Edition, limited to only 999 units worldwide. It pairs sportiness with pure elegance. The red Pirelli accents create a contrast to the discreet matt grey-black lacquer finish. Like the #lambretta scooters of the 1950s and 1960s, the Pirelli Edition is only available as a "Fix Fender" version with fixed front mudguards.
The steel body with a tubular frame is also typical for #lambretta. However, the injection engine technology, LCD, LED technology and USB charging socket are modern. A spacious box for helmets and a built-in glove compartment provide ample storage space.
The #lambretta V 125 Special Pirelli Edition is now available for EUR 3,499.
Lambretta will also be presenting the #lambretta #vspecial BiColor at the Intermot. The scooter, painted in two colours in the style of the late 1950s and early 1960s, will be available in white/blue and white/red colour combinations.
