• MISANO EVO CARTRIDGE
Flagship of the #andreani products range, the Misano cartridge, developed by the #andreani Group R&D for the most widespread street bikes, #naked, vintage and large displacement scooters, is now available in the EVO version, characterized by a restyling that has further accentuated its personality. Available for over 200 applications, the Misano cartridge has built a solid reputation on the market thanks to its performance derived from advanced technical features including the adoption of ø 20 mm pistons with increased oil passages, new cartridge tube with hard DLC treatment and a sophisticated hydraulic system that transmit an excellent response in fast riding and a considerable comfort in urban or tourist use. The Misano EVO gives the possibility of replacing original forks cartridges making the fork fully customizable in compression, extension and spring preload based on rider weight and riding.
• OFF-ROAD CARTRIDGE ACK
The ACK cartridge kit (Andreani Conversion Kit), developed by the #andreani Group R&D for off-road motorcycles equipped with air/spring forks, is now available also for all 2 and 4 strokes KTM and Husqvarna starting from the 85 cc models. This kit is completely made of Ergal and aluminum and has a solid ø 12 mm rod, a practical cap provided with a spring preload adjuster, a pre-loading tube with a special treatment that increases smoothness, a spring in the lower part of the cartridge to reduce friction between stem and sleeve and load spring defined according to pilots weight and riding. Developed to facilitate riding, make it less tiring and to have maximum control of the front wheel thanks to the fantastic progression that it transmits in the absorption of roughness and jumps landing, the ACK cartridge kit is designed to easily replace standard cartridges and can be purchased for € 480 excluding VAT from authorized #andreani Group dealers.
• DB4 SUSPENSION TEST BENCH
The #andreani Group has been engaged for years in the creation of machines for motorcycle, car and mountain bike suspensions tuning. The DB4 model is the most advanced suspension dyno of the Italian company to test all types of suspensions in a fully automated way. The powerful 4kW AC-Motor allows you to test shock absorbers and forks in a wide range of speed and loads, choosing between several stroke settings. The DB4 is equipped with a dedicated software with special versions that includes among the various advanced features hysteresis analysis, calculation of dissipated energy and of damping coefficients, and has a sophisticated dedicated controller board that ensures a stable and reliable automation and an extremely precise data acquisition. It also displays in real-time the suspensions strength-speed graph, compares the different shock absorbers settings or the different strips configurations, measures dynamic suspension parameters and detects any operating malfunctions.
• SPRING TESTER DS1
The electronic spring tester DS1 was developed by the #andreani Group R&D to perfectly and easily measure shock absorbers and forks springs load. This is an equipment for all operators of the sector who want to work with precision in the suspensions world, and especially for those who practice customization both on shock absorbers and forks. Equipped with everything necessary to work in an easy and clean way, the DS1 guarantees maximum accuracy of results, that derives from absolute reliability and accuracy of calculation, and boasts a maximum load up to 1000 kg (10,000 N), a total range of 350 mm, a sensibility to a kilo tenth, a LED Touch Screen display, function keys for manual and automatic measurement, and the possibility to measure the static forces of both cross and MTB forks and shock absorbers. All the adapters for the main forks and springs on the market are supplied as standard.
ÖHLINS
• SHOCK ABSORBERS FOR HD 501 AND 502 SOFTAIL
The shock absorbers Öhlins line, designed by the Swedish company to improve and make the Harley-Davidson riding more pleasant and safer, has expanded with the specific models for the new HD 501 and HD 502 Softail. Personalized with a catchy black spring, they are equipped with STX technology with ø 46 mm piston, 16 mm stem, 318 mm wheelbase, extension setting and variable hydraulic spring preload wiht CNC machined aluminum knob and black body with the Ö logo laser engraved. Both versions, which differ in the preload tube length of the HD 502 model, make wheelbase modification possible up to a minimum value of 300 mm.

• URBAN
Urban is the alternative #mivv exhaust line dedicated to scooters of all displacement, curated in design and technical details, with a particularly interesting price range starting from € 249 excluding VAT. Characterized by a pleasant and non-invasive design, the Urban line ensures the highest reliability, as it is completely brushed stainless steel made, optimizes engine performance and is also available in the approved version that meets European standards.
• GP PRO
The range of GP Pro #mivv exhausts, dedicated to the most popular sport bikes, #naked and road #enduro, has been expanded with the applicationsfor 2019 models. The technical and performance characteristics, that made the previous GP exhausts appreciated, are the same: the light and compact structure with a circular diameter available in black stainless steel, carbon or titanium, the semi-craftsmanship, the extreme accuracy of the couplings and the particularly appealing sound. In the final part of the exhaust there is a removable grill that protects the extractable dB-killer.
• DELTA RACE
Delta Race are the high performance #mivv exhausts for the most demanding motorcyclists, recognizable by the exclusive conical/hexagonal design of the body, the carbon pad and the perimeter band with double riveting that give personality to the bike. Proposed for the latest sports and #naked bikes, soon for the 2019 models, the #mivv Delta Race are available in stainless steel and black stainless steel versions and have a low weight and a significant increase in torque and power.
