Moto Guzzi V85 TT is a new and original technological offer that combines style details deriving from the golden age of motorcycle adventuring with the content and functionality of a modern touring enduro, born to take on both everyday roads and all-terrain trips.
A strong character, clean shapes, lightness, robustness and practicality in taking on everyday adventures: all characteristics that are effectively interpreted in the new apparel and accessories mini-collection dedicated to the Moto Guzzi V85.
A technical outfit, helmet, sweatshirt and t-shirt widen the adventurous imagination of the V85 while retaining that iconic Moto Guzzi value, evident in many of the collection's details, from the effigy of the Mandello eagle to the graphics of the legendary V engine, which lend their sporty elegance to reflective patches and the lining of the rider's outfit.
The “Adventure Touring” outfit, comprising jacket and trousers, is designed to offer maximum comfort and protection in any season, both in terms of safety and protection against bad weather. The selection of high-performance technical fabrics, the possibility to insert back and chest protectors, as well as provision for an air bag system all ensure a high level of safety and performance, while style is guaranteed with reflective details and elements that recall the black, silver and red colours of the Moto Guzzi world. The technical apparel maximises comfort during long trips, making it particularly suitable for touring, but also easy to wear during frenetic urban commutes or rough off-road riding thanks to its characteristics of lightness and protection, for maximum safety in all conditions.
The long, comfort-fit jacket has 4 pockets, all 100% waterproof. The garment is certified in accordance with current safety standards, both in terms of its protectors (on the shoulder and elbows) and manufacturing process, with high quality guarantee. The jacket features air vents on the chest for complete ventilation; a removable thermal lining; a waterproof, breathable membrane, which can also be unfastened and worn separately. All technical details that make this garment particular suitable for year-round wear.
The fit can be modified to suit specific individual needs thanks to adjustable sleeves (opening panels), and the possibility to adjust size at the sides, arms and neck.
Many style features are showcased, including the jacket lining and zip pull, the inside of the trouser pockets and the zips of both outfit components in a contrasting colour, as well as reflective details so important to motorcyclists.
The same Adventure Touring spirit embodies the design of the full-face helmet, in typical enduro-motard style, with a shell in thermoplastic resin that is highly resistant. Complete with ECE homologation and an emergency cheek pad removal system, this helmet respects safety standards and adds a typical Moto Guzzi style touch, with a double visor – a breathable exterior and concealed sun visor – and a logo on both the front and back.
Though not short on technical content, the t-shirt and sweatshirt are more lifestyle-orientated, available in the distinctive, contrasting red and black colours. Both stylish garments, in 100% cotton, stand out for their original embroidered design representing the V85 chassis, sweat band, personalisation with the legendary Moto Guzzi logo, attention to fit and comfort, and details that make the difference. The t-shirt is enhanced with a pocket in tone-on-tone technical fabric bearing the shape of a stylised eagle, as featured on the distinctive double headlight of the Moto Guzzi V85, while the sweatshirt's hood with upturned tip serves as an effective hook.
