From the 20th to the 24th of September, in Turin at the Lingotto Fiere, the 12th edition of Terra Madre will take place - #salonedelgusto, the biggest international event dedicated to food.

"A human being can change his life simply by changing his way of eating", the philosophy of the whole event is based on the idea that everyone should buy and eat food responsibly, towards themselves and the planet.

In fact, the food we eat impacts on the planet we inhabit and on the natural resources, on the life of those who produce it, on our health, on the welfare of the animals we breed.

It is therefore essential to intervene in our small correcting the eating habits harmful to us and others. Because we too can contribute to change and we are part of the solution to the problem.
