The precious apartment in Puntaldìa
is an ethical and intelligent project that tells a new way of imagining architecture; aimed at redefining the concept of luxury in accordance to the evolution of the needs of today's society as well as the fluidity of contemporary living space. This virtual exhibition will show the visitor, the interior of the apartment designed by #simonemicheli and at the same time a permanent and active showroom in which every guest can feel the excellence of the products made and supplied by the companies themselves.
The apartment will be implemented with innovative #design methods that highlight the significant contributions of Italian craftsmanship, combining the need for recognition, the creation of meaningful concepts and the ability to give intense value to Italian land. The large investment of resources that are usually applied to only temporary installations are now used to be transformed into a formal “show-room”.
This is a concrete tribute that the architect Micheli and the prestigious partner companies offer to the territory and its inhabitants, generating a conversational spark, initiating interesting and dense dialogue. On the occasion of #fuorisalone 2018 (17-22 April) at the Milanese Studio of #simonemicheli, in the #lambrate #design District, a preview of the project will be realized, under the patronage of ImmobilSarda. With charm and mastery, this virtual exhibition will guide the visitor inside the new residential complex of Puntaldìa, one of the most prestigious resorts in the north-west area of Sardinia. The objective being to offer the observer a more tangible taste of the characteristics and traits that the work will encompass. Free to cross the different spaces and to browse through the furniture, the observer becomes an integral part of the project and an indispensable vehicle for the expression of the project’s essence. Through the reproduction of the work in augmented reality, the observer can experience the real beneficial and relaxing stay inside the precious apartment.
The precious apartment in Puntaldìa takes shape from the main desire to go beyond the boundaries of the known reality and to thin the boundary between virtual and real in such a way that the imagined canbecome tangible, habitable, and practicable. In the course of 2018 the fascinating and engaging private residence will, in fact, take life.
A functional and beautiful place that is configured as the three-dimensional and expressive manifesto of the contemporary living module aimed at welcoming guests. The whiteness of the spaces and the sinuosity of the furnishings will envelop the observer, allowing them to feel the fulcrum of the dense network of correspondence and relationships that the environment is able to generate.
A smart, open, refined and interconnected space that skillfully meets the contemporary needs, providing personalized and calibrated responses to meet basic needs.
