Nardi sponsors the David Chipperfield Architects exhibition

Contemporary architecture returns to play a leading role in the beautiful setting of the Basilica Palladiana in #vicenza: the city of Palladio is in fact to open its doors to a season of exhibitions dedicated to David Chipperfield Architects.

Produced by the Councillorship for growth of the Municipality of #vicenza, in partnership with the Abacoarchitettura cultural association, the exhibition was inaugurated on 11^th May in Basilica Palladiana and will run from 12^th May until 2^nd September 2018.

“It is a major event both in terms of its contents and also owing to the cultural impact on our local territory; it is in our brand DNA to pay attention to initiatives of such depth as this one: the exhibition of one of the most famous contemporary architects within one of the symbols that have made our city famous across the globe” stated Floriana Nardi, CEO of Nardi Spa.

Vicenza, a city of architecture, is therefore to showcase fifteen outstanding international projects by the British architect, thereby combining culture, artistic research and social values.

The concept of the exhibition sponsored by Nardi is in fact the representation of a way of working in a modern architecture studio, from developing ideas to working concurrently on several projects, with various cultures and resources, imbued with an identity, that of #davidchipperfield Architects, which has been profoundly plied by an aptitude for #design and teamwork.

Within the interiors of the Basilica, in the Zavatteri area, Nardi has also set up a lounge area open to the public fitted with Komodo (Raffaello Galiotto design), the new modular sofa in fiber-glass resin with padded cushions, which stands out for its outstanding flexibility and almost limitless modularity.
