Latitude 33, the chic and trendy poolside #restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel Casablanca, reopens for the spring - summer season on April 16, 2018. The al fresco dining outlet, named after Casablanca’s geographical setting on the 33rd parallel, offers an exciting new menu that guests can enjoy while relaxing to the soothing sounds of the Atlantic.
This year’s mouth-watering menu created by Executive Chef Guillaume Blanchard, offers a fresh selection of salads and appetisers including shrimp and mango salad seasoned with satay and accompanied by a yuzu guacamole. Enjoy a choice of crudo including a trio of tartare – tuna lemon, salmon raspberry and seabass green apple.
The #restaurant proposes a culinary experience that spotlights fresh products from the Atlantic including the signature seafood platter featuring oysters, shrimps, scallops, drum fish and seabream ceviche. Back by popular demand, guests will enjoy mixed grills featuring catch of the day and seafood or the best selection for meat lovers. Guests can also enjoy grilled fish or the favourite meat mixed grill.
Other new highlights this year include an assortment of pizza that will be a sure pleaser for the Hotel’s younger guests. To end the dining experience on a sweet note guests can savour one of the delightful dessert creations by Executive Pastry Chef Thierry Metee including the vanilla and red berries vacherin.
Open for lunch daily, guests can enjoy a large water feature amid the Hotel’s lush gardens and outdoor pool. For professionals looking for an escape from the office setting, enjoy a laid-back business lunch with the possibility of reserving for up to 12.
